Grand Island Nebraska

Join the Nebraska Nature and Visitor Center for a trip to Merritt Reservoir in the sandhills of Nebraska for two nights of camping and stargazing. Nebraska has some of the finest dark skies in the country and we will have expert guides to explore the region and the night skies overhead.

This is an all inclusive camping trip where participants will stay in tents and cook over the open fire. The $175 fee includes transportation from the Nature Center, most meals, tents, and park fees. Call the center to sign up soon as this is a limited enrollment opportunity.
