Nebraska photographer Jorn Olsen will be making a stop at Stuhr Museum in May to promote his book “Across AWide Horizon,” which lovingly portrays the landscapes and nature of the Cornhusker State.

Over the last four years, Jorn Olsen has traveled more than 34,000 miles across Nebraska gathering images for his book “Across AWide Horizon: Discovering the Uncommon Beauty of Nebraska’s Plains.” From sunrise on the Sandhills to dusk on the Missouri, at the rodeo or on a tractor, with breathtaking landscapes, dancing Sandhill cranes and seemingly endless skies, Jorn takes the readers on a non-stop visual journey across Nebraska’s wide horizons.
