19th Century Foodways Classes

We will explore both the techniques for creation and the history of some of our favorite--and perhaps not so favorite sweet treats in the candies and sweets class. Class is limited to 8 participants. Tempermental stove conditions make it difficult to accurately predict the convlusion time of the class. The class will start at 8:30AM.

$40 per person which includes admission to Stuhr Museum

To reserve your spot in this class, you must pre-register. Deadline for this class is February 7th.
