As part of the Voices from the Past series, Gilbert Adrian of Hastings will talk on the "Battle of Blue Water at Ash Hollow". Gilbert Adrian is a member of Hall County Historical Society and is also a professor at Hastings College. Ash Hollow, west of Ogallala, is a famous site on the trails across Nebraska. Mr. Adrian will tell a little known incident of an Indian skirmish at that site.He has given presentations before for the Hall County Historical Society and is a student of the Sandhills and Lewis and Clark history as well.
