Non-fair use – livestock, horse, trade and recreation/sports shows and sales. Concrete flooring, attached Barn Bar (3,558 sq ft), attached milking parlor, movable stalls for 1,400 cattle and is climate controlled.

Sheep Barn :: 84,995 sq ft (~ 232’x 382’)

Non-fair use for livestock, trade shows and sales. Attached exhibition space (1,952 sq ft), birthing center (2,019 sq ft), moveable pens for 1,600 + small animals. Concrete flooring and climate controlled.
